Coco di Mama, London’s fastest growing Italian quick-service food and coffee brand, has opened a restaurant in Hammersmith.
Continuing its ongoing expansion, Coco has taken a 10-year lease on Unit 30 in Hammersmith Broadway shopping centre from landlord CBRE Global Investors. The 1,090 sq ft ground floor unit was formerly occupied by Carphone Warehouse.
The shopping centre was chosen for its busy trading location, boasting an annual footfall of 55 million. Coco’s presence has already been felt, having just won the ‘best lunch on the go’ category in this year’s Hammersmith BID #ilovelunch18 awards.
It is only Coco’s second restaurant outside central London, having opened in White City last October. The popular chain now has 21 sites with a further opening announced for Paddington Central this summer.
Prime Retail acted for Coco di Mama.
